BREWERS’ RIGHT FIELDER FEASTING ON MAJOR LEAGUE PITCHING
FITSNews – June 25, 2007 – He may not wear his sunglasses at night, but Corey Hart‘s future is so bright he’s gotta wear shades. The 25-year old Milwaukee Brewers’ (and FITS Fartknockers‘) right fielder is crushing the ball of late, hitting safely in eleven straight games and solidifying his spot at the top of the Brewers’ batting order.
Picked up as a free agent by Sic Willie two weeks ago, Hart is hitting .377 with six homers, fifteen RBI’s and four stolen bases … in just twelve games with the Fartknockers.
Sadly, Hart’s heroics haven’t been enough to hold off the evil Croon Crew, who are currently enjoying a one-point lead in the Great Santini League standings.
