From what the gang has been digging up at old man Wilkinson's shack we have discovered that Harvey's brother Bob is definitely going to run against Big Boss Jakie next year for the state senate. If he does, he will beat Jakie putting an interesting dynamic into play. This would mean that Jim Ritchie would become majority leader and that while Bob would have absolutely no seniority, he would walk into the chamber with a lot of implied seniority as the former lt. governor. Harvey is the heir apperent for the finance committee and would oust Glenn McConnell as President Pro Tempore.
