DISCO GROVER ADVANCES IN ‘DANCING WITH THE STARS - SIC WILLIE STUFFED ANIMAL EDITION’
FITSNews - May 6, 2007 - If there’s one thing that gets us really really excited - well, aside from making fun of politicians and celebrities - it’s dressing our stuffed animals up in costumes from the 1970’s and letting them battle it out for supremacy on the dance floor. That’s because to us it’s about more than just the rhythm and the music - it’s about taking your passion and making it happen.
That’s exactly what Grover did last night in Sic Willie’s stuffed animal version of the ABC hit “Dancing With The Stars.” And if you think Bruno is impossible to stop when he’s talking about dancing, people, then you’ve never met Sic Willie.
Anyway, all Grover and his partner Doggy Daddies have to do now to advance to the final round is master the Latin and Ballroom dancing portions of the competition. In the championships, we hear Grover is preparing a disco-themed rendition of the Sesame Street classic “1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 … 11, 12,” so stay tuned …
