SALON REPORT: FLIPPER FUNDS VOTES FOR HIMSELF
FITSNews – April 23, 2007 - If this article from Salon.com is to be believed, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney is buying straw poll votes in South Carolina. Of course since we could care less about straw polls, our focus from this article centers around a quote from our good friend Terry Sullivan:
“We tried to explain to the folks in Boston early on that it’s a little different here,” says Sullivan, a veteran political operative who is running former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign in the Palmetto State. “It’s kind of a knife fight.”
Hmmmm. “A little different?” Honest to God that sounds like something you’d say about a retard. Like, “Terry’s a little different, but we love him anyway.” Of course the “knife fight” is what really gets us. Except that this knife fight probably occurred between two of Terry’s G.I. Joe action figures. And it probably happened during pretend time.

Thanks Will for bringing this to the surface and shame on the Romney campaign, as if SC doesn’t have enough to overcome without crap like this……is it 2009 YET? and all this is over!
