Barack Obama To Be Endorsed By … Barack Obama? WTF?

ACTUALLY, IT’S FRESHMAN S.C. REP. BAKARI SELLERS WHO’S ENDORSING OBAMA

FITSNews – April 4, 2007 – Freshman S.C. Rep. Bakari T. Sellers (a.k.a. “Youngblood“), who at 22 years of age is the youngest member of the South Carolina State Legislature, will endorse Barack Obama for President, sources close to the Illinois Senator’s campaign tell FITSNews.

No timetable was discussed, but sources close to Obama’s national campaign confirmed the endorsement and called it “imminent,” which means it’s going to happen soon. As opposed to “eminent,” which means something else. You know, come to think of it we probably should have made our source spell it out so we knew for sure which word they were talking about. Crap. Sneaky source.

Anyway, the best part of this endorsement will be the confusion it creates for Lowcountry Poverty Pimp State Senator Robert Ford, who can’t seem to stop calling Rep. Sellers by Obama’s name, “Barack.” Of course coming from Sen. Ford – a guy who once called e-mail a “tool of the aristocracy” – what’s new? Just call him “Youngblood,” dawg. Or “Blood” for short. Cause that’s how Bakari rolls …
