		<description>The caucus has definitely been looking for opportunities to take shots at Leatherman. The beginning is when they stripped him of his Majority Leader status in favor of Peeler. They weren't comfortable with Leatherman holding both that post as well as the Finance Chairmanship, because it gave him too much power.</description>
