JUSTICES DEBATE “BONG HITS 4 JESUS” CASE

FITSNews – March 19, 2007 – The U.S. Supreme Court today heard the case of high school principal Deborah Morse, who suspended a student in 2002 for displaying a “Bong Hits 4 Jesus” sign at a school-sponsored event. From the story:

“Bong,” as noted in the appeal filed with the justices, “is a slang term for drug paraphernalia.”

Really? You don’t say. Thanks for clearing that up, CNN. You know what would have been really cool though? If pro-cannabis rappers Cypress Hill had showed up to give the Justices a live demonstration, for educational purposes of course. Set to the tune of “Hits From The Bong,” even. Can you imagine B-Real demonstrating for Ruth Bader Ginsberg how to “pick it, pack it (&) fire it up?” We can, friends. We can.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has cancer.

Marijuana has properties which ameliorate and alleviate the awful suffering from cancer and chemotherapy.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s taken hits from the bong. Maybe she could show B-Real a thing or two.

It’s time to legalize.
