Today, S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford visited a bunch of auto shops and encouraged South Carolinians to “pick up a wrench for change” at the State Department of Transportation. Huh? Sounds to us like Sanford needs to pick up a wrench and whack whoever came up with this idea in the head.
