Colts Offense

NEXT THING WE KNOW REX GROSSMAN WILL GUARANTEE VICTORY AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT’S SUPER BOWL III ALL OVER AGAIN

FITSNews – January 23, 2007 - To all you sportswriters, sportscasters, Vegas oddsmakers and gridiron pundits making the Indianapolis Colts out to be invincible in Super Bowl XLI, please stop.

Seriously. You’re going to jinx them, and after the coronary exertion we went through in Sunday night’s AFC Championship win over the hated Patriots, we’re not sure how much more our tickers can take.

Look people, Da Bears is no joke. They won 15 games. Their defense kicks ass. And that guy Devin Hester who returns kicks for them is crazy fast and scary freaky with his superfly “butta” moves. You think he’s not going to challenge the Colts’ special teams all day? If not, then you need to read the Indy Star. Like right now, fool.

We have followed this team for 20 years, starting in Week 13 of the 1986 season when they were winless and we felt somebody needed to cheer for them.

We’ve been through Eric Dickerson and Jack Trudeau, Jim Harbaugh and Aaron Bailey, Steve Emtman and Jeff George.

So please, experts, if it’s not too much to ask, stop jinxing us.
