It is extremely likely that you are, in fact, correct. We do not believe that either Sic Willie or C. Tyson were in full possession of their faculties beginning at around 10 a.m. that day and proceeding (deteriorating?) onward. Unfortunately, it was either this relatively harmless anecdote or a regaling of Sic Willie's "Sandy Bed Tour" of that front beach Isle of Palms house which accurately answered the question.
