SHEEN SAYS ALL THE OTHER “WEST WING” STARS WERE INVITED TO MEET THEIR BUSH ADMINISTRATION COUNTERPARTS EXCEPT HIM
FITSNews - January 16, 2007 - Call it a “Shrub Snub.”
Hollywood actor Martin Sheen says he was asked not to come to the White House following the election of George W. Bush, despite the fact that all the other cast members from The West Wing received invitations.
“When the new administration got into power, all my West Wing colleagues were invited there to meet their counterparts,” Sheen says. “All except me.”
South Carolinians are evenly divided in responding to the news.
Half of them love President Bush (a.k.a Shrub) for standing up to Hollywood liberals like Sheen.
The other half think Sheen is actually President of the United States and don’t understand how anyone can keep him out of his own house.
