It took like minus five days from the start of the 2007 Legislative Session for S.C. Gov. Mark Sanford to hint that Republicans in the General Assembly may not be as fiscally conservative as they should be and for Speaker Bobby Harrell to take it way too personally and start whining like a four-year old girl.
Great. Now everybody at the State House is on “relationship lockdown” again.
This is like watching one of those episodes of Nanny to the Rescue or whatever they call those Nanny 911 shows except in this show, sadly, there is no Nanny. There’s just a bunch of selfish, whiny, annoying brats fighting over who called who “poo-poo head” or “doo-doo face.”
All of which would be sort of amusing to watch if there weren’t like $6.5 billion riding on it, which unfortunately there is.
